Private hot tub on balcony, Beautiful terrace with views, Spa facilities with diverse treatments
Parking charges felt steep for how busy it got!!! Room heating issues made it difficult to stay comfortable, especially with cold showers and no proper hooks for belongings. There’s definitely room for improvement on mobile device charging too!!!

The bath facilities were not as impressive as expected, with some minor plumbing issues.

I loved how easy it was to stroll down to Bowness Bay, just a short walk away, and enjoy the picturesque lake views, while also appreciating the nearby Fun Factory for some light-hearted fun during my stay.

missingWrote a review on 22 Octpoor insulation
The exterior cozy double with bunk beds presented a flawed design. the lack of ventilation in the main lounge area made it stuffy, especially for the kids. No fridge in the room added a layer of inconvenience for storing drinks, and being next to the pub while having thin walls meant I could hear every movement from above and adjacent rooms, which could disrupt the peace. the £12 daily parking fee felt steep, particularly when it comes off your damage deposit. The spa area seemed more nightclub than retreat, notably dark and uninviting. Plus, those uplighters outside my window turned my first night into a sci-fi experience as they changed colors frivolously. It was tough to catch good sleep with that distraction.

Private hot tub on balcony, Beautiful terrace with views, Complimentary transport to local attractions
The £12 parking fee feels excessive for the cost of the stay!!! The spa facilities were disappointingly cold, not what one expects!!! Soundproofing issues made for an uncomfortable experience with noise traveling between rooms.

The small double room felt a bit dated compared to the overall ambiance.

We had a fabulous stay, enjoying a cozy junior suite with a hot tub and indulging in a lovely buffet breakfast both mornings. The spa had a fantastic heated swimming pool and a cozy steam room, which made our time even better. The only downside was the limited parking space, but it didn't put a damper on our great experience! 😊

Amazing stay with a hot tub!
Everything was just awesome! The staff were super friendly and the room was really nice with its own hot tub on the balcony. Plus, the bed was so comfy and we loved the big TV. Spa time was great for relaxing. Only wish the pub had more options on the menu. But location is fab, just a quick stroll to town!

Exceptional Service and Luxurious Amenities
My partner and I had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay. We were greeted warmly with Prosecco and given a complimentary upgrade to a rooftop room with a hot tub, which was delightful. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay worry-free. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a fantastic selection that set us up well for our day. One area for improvement could be better storage solutions in the rooms for our belongings.

The steaks at Mizumi were an absolute taste sensation, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a day of culinary exploration—everything felt top-notch. And let’s not forget the lovely personal welcome that really set the vibe for our stay.
However, I reckon they could do something about the parking charges—12 quid a night seems a bit steep, especially after shelling out for the hotel. Plus, a little more thought into the in-room amenities would go a long way! They might need to level up on towel hooks and shower soap holders for that price.

The spa was stunning, I mean, wow, seriously, we spent hours there, just relaxing, felt like royalty! And the cocktails at the pub, especially that Mai Thai. I can't get those flavors outta my head!
Not exactly cheap, though, you know what I mean.
